If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase, and we will address the issue promptly and to the best of our ability.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and differences between individual flowers. These variations are a testament to the authenticity of handmade craftsmanship and should not be considered as defects. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Shipping and Delivery

After receiving your order, we will process it within 1-3 business days. Please allow for additional time during peak seasons or special promotions. We use Australia Parcel Post and/or Sendle for shipping our products. The tracking number will be provided to you. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, the responsibility for the delivery of your package lies with the postal service. Any delays, damages, or lost packages that occur during transit are beyond our control.
